With sustaining development of information technology and intensive market competition, the serious issue the companies face is how to improve the quality of product, how to give urgent feedback to market, and how to satisfy customers' requirement. Currently, digitized application has been correspondingly transformed to be the core competition among companies. Using digitized technology based tailing machine has been one of the most efficient ways to promote the dressing companies' competition.First, with analysis and digestion of control system of some oversea advanced tailing machine, targeting with current situation and requirement of domestic tailing machine, this thesis puts forward the blue print of uniform hardware platform for digitized tailing machine based on embedded system. And on the basis of that, we only need to customize corresponding application program to the controller of digitized tailing machine for some sort of uses. This scenario can advance the digitalized and automatic level of domestic tailing machine, and make the controller easy to maintain.Second, with research and analysis of embedded microcomputer of which ARM is the kernel, this thesis puts forward hardware design framework of embedded controller based on the microcomputer S3C44B0X, and elaborates a hardware design method that we make the Embedded Minimum System as center and expand peripheral device according to the system requirement. And we constructed general controller hardware platform for digitized tailing machine, which supplies plentiful output ports, good human-computer interaction platform, and ample memory capacity for sewing process.Third, with the deep research on principle of functional modules of S3C44B0X, this thesis elaborates programming process of hardware driver of controller. In addition, all the driver interface functions discussed in this thesis had been measured on the controller hardware platform. And the thesis puts forward a menu design method based on Drawing API and realizes friendly human-computer interface, taking pocket-opening machine as example. Then the thesis designs a storage method of sewing process, practice indicates it is more convenient for developer to store and edit sewing process with this method.Last but not least, taking the RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱas example, this thesis makes research on programming design technology and method based on RTOS and points out the difference between programming design technology based on RTOS and that for single-chip that the software modules based on RTOS exists as the form of tasks and how to divide tasks and distribute the priorities for tasks is the chief problem for application programming design based on RTOS. The method discussed above has been applied into the application programming development of the Pocket-Opening machine and verified to be validly. Software design based on RTOS is a research hotspot of embedded system design and development, as well as the key problem needed to be solved as soon as possible for popularization of the embedded operation system.The embedded controller has been completed on the whole, and it's validated in the lab. This thesis discusses the design and research of embedded controller for digitized tailing machine, which makes useful exploration for the development of the domestic tailing machine.
