There are more than 300 years from the theory of fractional calculus founded, and today it has become a new branch in automatic control . Much proof has proved that the equation of fractional calculus can be used in dynamic systems. The theory of fractional calculus is very effective in the process of order change.Facing some shortage of fractional-order controller system, base on previous investigation foundation, the paper has done a great deal of works from the point of actual engineering. These works as follows:1. It achieve the five parameters which contain the orders of fractional calculus taches tuning quickly and effectively base on the improved Random Search Algorithm RasID and the predigestion fractional calculus taches model and get a good tuning effect.2. Some results prove that it is an effective parameters running strategy using the improved Random Search Algorithm RasID in the ractional-order system.3. In order to achieve the rapid and effective controller, the hybrid fractional-order system model decrease with improved Random Search Algorithm RasID and design controller with IMC-PID. 4. It illuminates that fractional-order PI~λD~μcontroller has an advantage over common PID controller by considering about the system stability. With simulation , We can conclude that the system may get a better impression by using PI~λD~μcontroller.
