A Study On Methods Of Orders Scheduling With Application For Agile Order-response

Combined with one of the science and technology key projects of Zhejiang Province " Study & its application in electronic manufacturing industry of Agile Production Management System " (No.2003C11010 ),some problems about order scheduling and order inserting are discussed.The methods about order scheduling based on the order priority and the methods about order inserting based on order exited &order postponed are studied in detail in this chapter. For the purpose of upgrading the accuracy and the quickness of order-response, and strengthening the competition ability of enterprise further take advantage of the order scheduling that take placeed in the phase of order evaluating,.In chapter one, research situation of orders scheduling is introduced on the base of analysis of the change of the competitive environment which morden enterprise faced, and the problemes that current manufacturing enterprises are faced with in their orders business' handling are discussed. The meaning, purpose and structure of this paper are elucidated on the foundation of having discussed project background .Chapter two analyzes and discusses order scheduling based on agile order-response disposal. The model of order scheduling which include order inserting and order scheduling are analysed and established , and the method of rank of order priority is studied in virtue of Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP). The algorithm of order scheduling which based on order priority ranking and heuristic algorithm is put forward after analyzing the principle and handling framework of order sceduling.Order inserting which for the disposal of agile order-response is studied in chapter three. The order inserting model on the basis of two strategies which include order exited and order postponed is established after analysing the meaning and the necessariness of order inserting.Having discussed the solving schema about the emergent material of the orders that should be inserted, the algorithm of order inserting is presented which based on two strategies of order inserting and order priority ranking.Combined with the project" Study & its application in electronic manufacturing industry of Agile Production Management System ", the application of order scheduling in 001 Agile Order-response System is dissertated in chapter 4. On the foundation of analysis project background and entire construction of system, the system module about the order scheduling of 001 companies is analysed anddesigned.Then,the DFD(Date Flow Diagram), E-R(Entity—Relationship) Diagram and system interface of order scheduling are presented in detail.The last chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the paper,the future research work is also suggested.
