Remote control system is to supervise the remote production or examination process, implemented by local computer through Internet. This technology has been widely used in video meeting, long-distance machining rule and long-distance diagnose. Its conspicuous advantage is long-distance supervision.In the remote control system which based on the Internet, there are lots of system's controls data need to transmit by the Internet, such as the management data, real-time control order data and real-time condition information of the controlled object. Therefore, the data transmission mechanism, especially the real-time data, will quite affect the system control quality.This paper studied with emphasis on how to transmit data on network. According to the different characteristic of the data, this paper gives out the different transmission protocol solutions, and designs a MPEG4 transmission system based on RTP. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the performance with the missing of the data package and the network delay, and realizes the user and host control interfaces by programming.Finally, the whole realization of real-time data transmission has application in developing a macro device interactive control system. It can transmit the compressed real-time experiment data and VF data to the administration by network. Meanwhile, it can monitor the experiment person and the macro device by network in order to realize the opening laboratory management. It can realize the interactive communication by the real-time commutation among students and teacher.
