Study On Information Standardization Of Property Management In Residential Areas

The information exchange, integration and sharing of property management in residential areas, the base of software standardization of property services, is required in the need for development of digital city and digital community. At present, the informationization of property management is at the initial stage. Information collection and software development for property management is in a state of disorder, things or objects, especially of the various types of construction intelligent equipment, their name and content are undefined, resulting in information collection by property management company and software product out of line. It cannot share data and exchange data between software developed by different developers, and it cannot interface with the construction of digital city and digital communities.The establishment of property management information specification in the residential areas, can actively promote the construction of informationization of property management in residential areas, reduce the duplication of related software development, and realize data sharing and data exchange. This paper is directed on property management standardization of information in residential areas.Information standardization involves some basic theories and technologies. XML is a common language on the Internet for data exchange, it can easily describe and transmit the structure data. Data element is a smallest unit of independent marker of information , and the focus work of standardization of information. Metadata is data about other data, which contains all the information. Information system is the application systems of standardized information, and a specific environment for studying information standardization.The concept model of structured data is the abstraction of application system, and the key model to extract data element. Data exchange model is used for data exchange and sharing, and can easily and directly express various semantic knowledge of application. By studying residential areas security system in , this paper focuses on the method of establishing the structured concept model and the method of extracting and defining data elements, and also describes data exchange model by XML.This paper makes an example with the security system information of residential areas property management , summarizes that the main work for information standardization , is to enact standard data elements, proposing the six steps for specific implementation of property management information standardization in residential areas. First, to make a detailed analysis of property management in residential areas. Second, to excavate and abstract information system model of residential areas. Third, to extract data elements of residential areas property management information. Fourth, to make definition and attributes of data elements clear. Fifth, to develop the data formats for information. Sixth, to code information exchange based on XML.The conclusions of this study can provide reference information for our country to develop the information pacification of property management in residential areas, it can provides a standardized model for information standardization in other areas also.
