With the continuous improvement of China's road and traffic conditions,people travel more convenient,making China's economic and social development more smoothly.In this process,people's living standards continue to improve,and for the quality of travel requirements are also increasing,so more and more families choose to buy private cars,the number of cars is increasing.The existing traffic accident management system there are still some other problems,but it also makes the whole system can achieve the effect is very limited,unable to meet the demand of the traffic accident,so the development of more powerful,the new management system is consistent with the needs of personnel to deal with traffic accidents is particularly important.The traffic accident information management system is a complete B/S architecture using J2 EE technology.In the whole construction process,firstly,the research and analysis of the actual accident management business,summarizes the demand of the system,and the system feasibility were analyzed,and then introduces the system development of related technologies,and adopts SQL SERVER2010 database technology,J2 EE technology,UML modeling technology,MVC architecture technology to achieve all the functions of the system,and to ensure that the logical hierarchy and system function.The article focuses on the system development background and significance are introduced,and then describes the current development of accident management system,the key technology of the system development are analyzed,which laid the foundation for the development process of the system;analysis of the system according to the actual demand,the demand from non accident management functional requirements and functional requirements are analyzed,and the system needs to realize the function and performance indicators,such as system management,traffic accident management,basic information management,accident management features such as query module,and then through the analysis of cases in detail;in the process of information management system of traffic accidents in the main aspects of the system architecture design,function module design and database design are analyzed,then based on the Design to complete the system specific development process;finally,the detailed test procedure for the system,first introduced the related testing technology and tools,and then select the appropriate test to the test process;in the running of the system,system effectiveness evaluation based on the actual operation data and state etc.In this paper,the current problems in dealing with the traffic accident based on,the design and implementation of the road traffic accident processing system is more advanced,can effectively improve the processing efficiency and quality accident,not only provides convenience for the management staff,but also provided a guarantee for the majority of drivers.
