Study On PLM System Of Shipbuilding Blueprints

Today, with the rapid development of enterprise informationization, the application of computer technology to the manufacturing drawings and documents management has brought good opportunities and great changes. In view of the present situation of the shipbuilding industry development on a large scale, the traditional document management mode can not meet the development trend of business. In order to adapt to development and management of the modern manufacturing enterprise needs, the whole function of enterprise informatization, information exchange and resource and promote enterprise file sharing, developed a set of enterprise drawing lifecycle management system is very meaningful.Drawing life cycle management system (DLM) can achieve complete control between the design drawings, site construction, filing, make the drawings timely, fast, effectively used, all aspects of service in enterprise management and production management.At First this article introduces the backgroud of Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co. Ltd and enterprise management system, significance and meaning for drawing management system. Secondly,introduces business background and the whole framework of DLM, opertation status and values in company. Then introduces the important technical points of several systems, such as printing technology, drawing cover and so on, are explane problem in the research and development of the system, try to solve these problems by design patterns and techniques to solve these problems, summary share development experience. Finally, the paper is summarized and prospected.
