The global telecommunications market driven by technical updates are brewing up in an unprecedented major changes, and value-added telecom services become a focus of the change, with its special vitality and advantages. With the rapid development of computers and communication technology, the 3G era is just round the comer, data services has become another major business model of major operator in the global after voice business. The system adopts B/S model, which could meet the basic need of users for strong and low-input system. in this system, open-source solutions is completely used, Apache Tomcat is used as Web container, mysql as background database management system, and the development of dynamic Web is based on JSP technology, which requires no special requirements for client browser.Design and Implementation of MONTERNET housekeeper System can resolve various problems in current value-added telecom services to a large extent. It offers personal, different and diversified services to meet customers' needs on the use of value-added business and achieve value-added business continual and stable development.
