Research And Design Of UML-based Computer Lab Management System

With the computer's wide application in all fields, the quantity of college computer courses is increasing, which result in the computer lab expanding and the computer lab daily maintenance workload increasing. The original computer lab management model wasn't unable to meet this development. The serve object, software and hardware configuration are getting diversification. The computer update speed, network degree, and the computer occupied rate are with a high level. Although there are many computer lab management software, the few software is for college lab management.This paper solves some problems that occurred in the author's lab management according to the computer lab's actual need from the existing public computer lab status. The paper mainly described the establishment of a UML-based smart card teaching and management controls platform, which solve the inconsistence problem of the IP addresses and computer's location. Meanwhile, the platform also can solve the problem that the computer can not be maintained in time, the multi-system management issues, the problem that part computer are online while the other computer are offline , and the inconvenience of watching the projection in the computer Lab.
