Recent years, the conflict between the traditional technologies and the rapidly expanding demands of the market is becoming more and more serious. That seriously impedes the development of our manufacturing industry. If the emerging technologies, especially computer applied technologies are not cooperated with the traditional technologies, the conflict between the domestic and the foreign technologies in the manufacturing will be wider than ever before. That greatly weaken the core competency of the domestic enterprises in the international market, is most detrimental to the development of the domestic manufacturing industry.Mold Filling is the key technique of the manufacture industry. The occurrence of the numerical simulation of Model Filling has aroused extensive concern in the industry [1-3]. A lot of achievements in the field have come forward. However, there are some problems in the process of being product. This paper paid more attention to the post processing of results, which is the key problem of numerical simulation.Although some achievements have been made in the post processing of Results, most of them use the triangle mesh [4]. A lot of practices indicate that the quadrilateral mesh exceed the triangle in using, especially the mixed-use of the triangle and the quadrilateral mesh [5-7]. My job is to overcome it, by using the triangle and quadrilateral mesh coexisting within a model. Based on the technique, we took full advantage of Programming Interface OpenGL in image processing, chose the right Color Model, design a system of post processing of results of Mold Filling. The soft can show static and dynamic effectives, and hold the human-machine interface. Discussion and analysis of the important problem in the design are written in the paper. |
