With the continuous development of rapid prototyping technology,more and more research on color 3D printing technology at home and abroad.Color 3D printing technology has gradually entered people's live and has been widely promoted in the fields of cultural consumption,industrial design,and medicine.At the same time,with the rapid development of the social need of personalized products,the color requirements of products are getting higher and higher,but most of the color models are point color models or face color models,which are not true color models.Based on this,thesis studies the rapid prototyping technology of color texture model to realize the true full color model to meet people's requirements for color.In this paper,the color texture layered contour generation algorithm,color contour offset algorithm and layered contour scanning algorithm are studied.A color texture layered contour generation algorithm is proposed,which not only can quickly layer the color texture model,but also can quickly extract the color information of the contour and finally output the color layered contour.In order to obtain the color section bitmap with color thickness,a color contour generation algorithm based on color contour is proposed,and a color section bitmap with color thickness is outputed;And the filling of the layered profile is studied,and the layered contour is filled by the composite scanning method,and finally the GCODE file is outputed.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)The color texture model file is parsed,the geometric information and texture information of each vertex of the 3D model are determined,and the color texture layered contour generation algorithm is proposed,the acquisition of layered contour vertex texture coordinates and the extraction of layered contour color are studied.The algorithm can not only obtain the geometric information of the contour,but also obtain the color information of the contour,and output the color layered outline.(2)Aiming at the problem of surface color discontinuity of color texture model,a color thickness generation algorithm based on equidistant offset is proposed.Firstly,the internal and external contour fast recognition algorithm is studied,after identifyed the inner and outer contours,the offset process and color filling of the color contours are studied in detail,and the algorithm was verified to output a color section bitmap with color thickness.(3)In order to increase the coloring effect of the contour,several basic scanning paths are analyzed,and a composite scanning path algorithm is designed,the surface of the model is realized by offset scanning,which provides good surface features for contour coloring;the interior is filled with parallel linear scanning to improve the filling efficiency.(4)For the color 3D printing "layer printing,layer coloring" characteristics,a set of color texture data processing software is developed,the software realizes the output of the color slice file and communicates with the color 3D machine to alternate the color section bitmap and GCODE files.
