With the improvement of environmental consciousness, the centralized heating system by combined heat and power (CHP) will progressively replace middle and small scale boiler. Heating exchange station is an intermediate point between heat source factory and heating users. Heating quality of the station is important to improve working condition of heating network and heating quality. The paper's aim is to construct a set of strategy of controlling and adjusting, which is suitable for the situation of country. The strategy is designed by using computer control technology to automatically adjust heating network running, improve efficiency and economize energy.This paper discusses a monitoring system for heating exchange station of Liaoyu Group Power Company. According to the designing requirements and actual surroundings, on the point of ensuring the function and reducing the cost, the paper designs the two ranks computer monitoring system based on Industrial Ethernet. The monitoring system has not only friendly HMI which is convenient to operate but also good stability and expansibility. It can reflect the real-time situation of the production vividly so that it provides a strong support for the successive running of the heating supply safely and reliably. Otherwise, this system improves the modern management level, reduces the personnel's labor intensity of production management, enables the heating exchange station being controlled effectively and managed scientifically. As the attendant's tool, the system enables the heating exchange station safely, stably, and energy conservation running, improves the economic efficiency and the social efficiency of the station.In addition, the traditional PID controller for some parameter, specially is temperature parameter, has dissatisfactory results and parameters are hard to tune. To improve the statues, the author proposes a method to solve the problem effectively. In the heating exchange export temperature control system, the author combines the PID and fuzzy control method, structures the fuzzy PID controller, aiming to improve the stability and robust of the system. The paper simulations controlling system of heating exchanger and takes out good effect in simulation test.
