| Due to our out-of-date network structure, the requirements for advanced services could not be satisfied. As the base of the army information establishment, there are more needs for good extensibility, strong security, flexible maintenance in network. The current network is hop by hop, and every router transferring data also looks for routing-table to obtain the next hop's exit according to the target address of IP packet. Such work is complex and low efficency, and adds the load of CPU, in addtion, due to increasing application, there is higher requirement for the bandwith and delay of network. MPLS VPN, IP based on, has become one of the most promising solutions in today's data-network field, with its strong security, good extensibility, low payment, high flexibility, QoS, and preferred ability for traffic engineering. In the paper, we discuss the techniques needed for our army network building, the existing problems and their solutions. Especially, we assume the advantages and necessities of use of MPLS VPN in further research, and predict its brilliant future in our army network building.There are three major sections and five chapters in this paper.Chapter1, which belongs to the first section, introduces the background of our army network establishment,the development of network technology, as well as the content and target of this document.Chapter2, which is the second section, describes relative conception, technology, basis, structure and future development of MPLS VPN. By comparing to IP network, sum up the advantages of MPLS VPN.In the last section, including chapter3 and chapter4 and chapter 5, MPLS VPN is demonstrated at full length. Firstly, the design program, services realization and network security of MPLS VPN are extensively analysized, and then, the significance of the use of MPLS VPN is presented. Thirdly, test and evaluate the running result by the professional tools to prove our network establishment. Finally, we predict the prospect of our army network building. |
