IDcard is not safe enough,and it only records coast,but can not write data.With the growing popularity of information in enterprises,to strengthen the integrated management of the enterprises operations, establishing a management system forenterprises as the main body, has positive significance.In response to current issues of water management ,the paper designs a Software of water Management System based on IC Smart Card. It establishes a suit of feasible implementary blue print by analyzing the system of function, software configuration.By the use of IC Card reader's communicateion with computer's serial port , This system can control IC card reader to read and write IC Smart Card easily. This software use Visual Basic and Access as development kits, and the main function includes three sub-system of IC card management and integrated query and enterprise's archive maintenance.Firstly,in the way of IC card management,it can write different data into different IC card, manage the state of IC card and the users accounts,write post information to operator's IC card ,and offer operator the different levels to achieve different operating visit authority; the IC card of Authorities can set control cabinet's flow,clear Control cabinet's setpoint.Secondly,in the way of inquiring information,we can inquire information of enterprise,sold card and operator, we can add,delete and change information. At last,the system can statistic wateraccount and IC card numbers sold. It can generate a variety of print statements. such as users reports,statistical reports and operator reports. In the way of designing software.The system has been proved that it is well-worthy in developing the management of the water source by the practice in some enterprise and department. It is universal and has friendly interface. |
