This paper analyses the electric control system of container tyre-crane and designs a tyre-crane simulator for the purpose of teaching students for enhancing their operation skill.In the first chapter, the author introduces the purpose and meaning of this topic, the state of the domestic and foreign development and the contents. It raises the whole demand and technique blue print of design the simulator of tyre-crane.In the next chapter, the author discussed how to simulate the electric controller of container tyre-crane. For the necessary of mastery electric control system of the container tyre-crane, all the equipments of simulator are the same as real container tyre-crane, only smaller in capacitance. Finally, the author introduces the compose of all parts of the tyre-crane simulator.The third chapter mainly focuses on the analyse the electric control of container tyre-crane, including the detailed analyse of working principle and condition from different aspect such as Gantry,Trolley,Hoist, bring forward the thought that the simulator should finish the same movement as container tyre-crane, meanwhile, get ready for distinguish the simulator and container tyre-crane.To design timing system, the most important system of simulator, the next two chapters concentrate on container tyre-crane with timing and pressure adjustment direct current and AC frequency conversion timing system simulate. As to the direct current timing, rotate speed/current double closed loop timing system is applied ,after construe the character between dynamic and static state of double closed loop system, the direct current electromotor is selected, that is simulate direct current with equipment selecting and control line. The SPWM technique is used in the AC frequency conversion timing. The driver is Yaskama Varispeed G7, CIMR-G7, which can fulfill task through line and parameter setting.
