The Research Of Intelligent Transportation System Of Air Port Service Company

This thesis introduces the Intelligent Transportation Management System (ITMS) in Harbin Airport Service Company. It makes the key-point research of functional design and the realization of ITMS as well as the intelligent vehicle dispatch realized by means of operational research and artificial intelligent optimized algorithm etc. First, it summarizes the current situation and development of Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographical Information System (GIS) and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) involved in the constitution of this ITMS. Then, the overall framework of the System is designed according to the functions it needs to realize. Meanwhile, the functions of each sub-system are detailed analyzed and key technologies are selected. The CDMA mobile network is adopted as communication method of the System in which dispatch commanding instructions and GPS data are transmitted, and Maplnfo software is applied to design the electric maps. It also makes a special effort to investigate and study two questions that should be solved in order to realize vehicle intelligent dispatch In the System, one is the estimated time of arrival of vehicles, and the other is intelligent dispatch of vehicles. So far as the two questions, it puts forward the mathematical mode by making use of operational research and artificial intelligent optimized algorithm. Finally, the intelligent management dispatch is achieved, the operational efficiency is improved and the transportation cost is reduced.
