Trend of the Current diagnostic technology is Standardization. IEEE1232, a crucial criterion in the domain of Digital Test technology, is a important international standard for digital Test. IEEE1232 provides an automatic circuit diagnose & test environment definition for the development of the circuit diagnose software system.During the period of employing IEEE1232 to resolve the problem of fault diagnose, how to obtain the latency rules in the fault diagnose database is a hard problem to the entire developing process. After studying the Data Mining theory in-depth, the Apriori and Policy-making Tree algorithms are applied to obtain the fault diagnose rules and optimize the TPS. The experiment result indicates that the algorithms could optimize the process of the fault diagnose effectively.The AI-ESTATE (Artificial Intelligence Exchange and Service Tie to All Test Environments) which defined in IEEE1232is introduced in the paper, and it describes a set of formal data and knowledge specifications consisting of the logical representation of devices, their constituents, the failure modes of those constituents, and tests of those constituents. According to the IEEE-1232 standard we realize the CEM, FTM, DIM model and encapsulate them into a COM module.In order to satisfy the requirement of the RDS (Remote Diagnose System) and the Local Diagnose System which is lies in the LAN, the WEB SERVICE technology is used to encapsulate these two modules and issue them on the Internet.
