Application Research Of Model-based Circuit Fault Diagnosis System

This paper is based on the application of intelligent fire car as researchbackground,according to the diagnostic process of model-baseddiagnosis,themodel-basedfault diagnosistechnologyhas been studied from thepractical andtheoreticalaspects. IIsCSalgorithm is proposed, thisalgorithmcombinedCSSE-treemethodis validatedinintelligent fire car system.Firstly, this paper describes the development and current status of model-baseddiagnostic techniques.Also introduced the basic idea and diagnostic procedures ofmodel-based diagnosis.Secondly,the algorithm of modeldiagnostic is studied. This paper presents an IIsCSdecision algorithm combined with CSSE-tree method using SAT solver Solving minimaldiagnostic.Reduce the solving steps andimprove the diagnostic efficiency of thesystemidentify the source of the problem quickly.Finally, the improved algorithm is used in the intelligent fire car and the feasibility ofthe algorithm is verified. This paper givesthe detail process of establishing of systemmodeling, scan resolution, communication, diagnostics, fault location. The design processof diagnosis system is describedby using unified modeling language (UML),at the sometime, this paper describes the diagnostic system’s overall design scheme, including theirhardware and software programming. Experiments show that the diagnosis system of thisstudy is more reliable and result is correct.
