The high precise strain gauge load cell is widely applied in industry automation, and all kinds of electricity weight and automobile. The precise of load cell are demanded to higher with the development of the science and technology in the 20th.The article special research the ways of compensation and standardize circuit of strain gauge load cell.1 The compensation principle of the strain gauge load cell is researched . The standardize circuit and compensation method are designed.2 The assembled method of strain gauge is researched. The pricise of the strain gauge and the long stability stability is improved.3 The strain gauge load cell of the temperature effect on rated output is researched, The compensation ways and experiment is designed, the result concluded.To solve the problems of standardize and stability in the export and mass serial production of strain gauge load cell, the research on the compensation method of strain gauge load cell is made. The standardize compensation circuit is designed. The impedance and rated on input and output are improved for under 0.05 class to 0.02 of state-specified standard. So are the temperature effect on rated output and zero output. Standardized products supply the needs of exchange of same load cell and the export. The long stability is obvious improved tooExperimental result show that the temperature effect could be improved greatly using the "Test and Calculate Compensation Method", and that could be reduced to 0.01%FS/10K.
