In the information age, sensor technology is the key technology of information acquisition. But now the immature sensor technology limits the developmentof information technology. The sensor technology has not kept up with the development of communication technology. There is an input-output nonlinear problem with traditional sensors. The output performance of traditional sensor is easily affected by environmental changes.Now,multi-sensor data fusion technology develops rapidly. And it become an effective means of improving the performance of the sensor.Data fusion technology effectively inhibits cross-sensitive, and itcan improve sensor stability. In reality, there are many kinds of cross-sensitivity issues.Measurements are likely to be affected by surrounding environment temperature. In this paper, weuse the variable coefficient regression equation to deal with the output of strain displacement sensor so that we can reduce the temperature effect. The result shows that the method can reduce cross-sensitivity effectively.Measurement accuracy of sensor is improved by1to2orders.Multi-sensor data fusion technology which is applied to displacement detection system can solve cross-displacement temperature sensitivity problem and improve the target parameter identification capability of the system. The plc which is applied to the detection system can effectively reduce the design costs and research difficulty. Also it make the design method more flexible, the resultsmore intuitive. The plc riches the detection system feature and improve the compensate for the sensor. Compared with the traditional sensor system, there is outstanding advantages.
