Load sensor is a device for measuring the force,which is divided into the force sensor and the weighing sensor and mainly used in various kinds of measuring force.In practical work,because of the great change of the working environment temperature of the load sensor,the output of the load sensor is easy to drift,which will bring a lot of measurement error.The traditional hardware compensation method is more complex,less efficient,and the compensation precision is not high.Therefore,in order to improve the measurement accuracy of the load sensor,a more simple,efficient and high precision temperature compensation method is needed.In this paper,a method of temperature compensation based on the numerical simulation of the load sensor is applied,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The temperature effect of each component of the load sensor is analyzed,and the system scheme design and the system platform are built.The PT1000 platinum resistance temperature sensor is pasted on the elastic element of the load sensor.The static and heavy type force standard machine is used to provide the standard.(2)Temperature compensation software system is written,and the output of the temperature and load sensor is acquired by the software system,thereby establishing the load,temperature and output of the variable data base.By the software system automatically calls the data in the database,according to the software system of the algorithm fitting temperature compensation correction of multiple polynomial equation,by the software system for fast and accurate calculation,get the output value of the load sensor and real-time display on the computer,so as to realize real-time dynamic,high precision temperature compensation.(3)Experiments on the temperature characteristics of the load sensor using the software and hardware platform.The experimental results show that the output of the load sensor is a multi curve,which is related to the load and temperature.The temperature compensation of the load sensor can be effectively carried out by using the method of fitting the two curves.(4)The load sensor temperature method is applied to the practical application,and the software and hardware system is improved according to the result of the application.After the experimental verification,the temperature change of the environment temperature from-10? to 40?,the error compensation of the load sensor is compensated to ±0.019%,the output temperature is compensated to±0.008%FS/10?,which is favorable for the application of millions of load sensors in all walks of life.
