During the analysis of the system, the technology of analyzing to set up the models of facing the object was used to analyses the system demand, the system example models were gained. To make a static state analysis of the system demand, the system object models were gained. To make an order in true analysis of the system demand, development models were gained. And it's helpful to the students'study effect.With the continuously improvement of information-based establishment of our college, on the basis of the current research and design, we may also introduce the EJB technology in J2EE system in three-layer structure. On the basis of distributing calculating structure of the main parts, we use EJB to develop it. Thus we use distributing handling characteristic to improve the ability of system data processing and applied level of the system. And more testing and evaluating strategies were fatherly supplied meanwhile, they adopt data mining and data warehouse technology to improve and string then the decision-making supplied function of the system, in order to fulfill the higher demand of school to teaching management.From the aspect of function, we could evaluate the teachers'ability and their level synthetically through the students'studying situation in school, the synthetically evaluation of working ability after graduation, the evaluation from the students to the teachers who are working ability, the crosswise communication ability between enterprises and teachers and the improvement of the industry. This has a significance meaning and effect to the realization of high vacationed teaching developed target. Thereby, we use this system to control the teaching quality and quantity, in order to realize correct and reasonable evaluation to the teachers is very important. Also it is also an important composed parts of our school information-based establishment.Currently, the teaching reformation work of our college has continuously enhanced, every structure has continuously reformed and improved in our college.
