Research Of Intelligent Signal Source In Level Sensor

Level detecting technology occupied the important position in the modernindustrial control. Inductive instrument is the key to implement automation. Butaccording to application, few transducers run well, but most is not good at stability,reliability, sensitivity and used range .It affected the automatic system, what causethis is that sense organ has little intelligent and detecting process has limitation. ButTaiyuan university of technology institute of measure and control invented theinductive level sensor, which can digitize sample the level directly and output thedigital signals. The sampling method is advanced, which overcome the weakness oftradition sensor in sampling signals, but the applicability of sensor has limitation.According to the use of level sensor, this text tell us the requirement ofapplication and the study of level sensor in home and abroad. Based on theexperimental results of coal electric characteristic, we designed the intelligent Signalsource of level sensor. It can improve on stability reliability sensitivity and widen theused range. The hardware of the signal source adopted digital.signal processortms3201f2407 .voltage sampling circuit, current sampling circuit, protection circuit anddrive circuit and so on. But the software adopted advanced control strategy to meetthe need.Performance of the level sensor with signal source,it can adapt the industrialcircumstance, the used range of level sensor is widened, and the level sensor canapply to coal mine and electric field. This has important significance.
