Since modern society, agriculture has made leaps and bounds rely on a strong science and technology. Especially after the third industrial revolution, intelligent automation systems are widely used in the agricultural sector, making agricultural production more efficient. As we all know, the environment of crop growth is important links on the yield and quality of crops. But in the realistic of production, the differences of geographic and climatic form adverse growing conditions. These adverse environment directly affect the growth and development of crops. Greenhouse can provide a good environment for the growth of crops, which is widely used in modern agriculture. Currently, the greenhouse in our country is lack of advanced theoretical basis and quantitative indicators. Most greenhouse environment monitoring and controls are artificial, so not only the production efficiency is low, wasting human and financial resources, but also for the control of greenhouse environment is limited. This article takes the acoustic emission signal, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, light intensity and other environmental factors inside the greenhouse as research subjects. It constructs the greenhouse wireless sensor network monitoring system based on DSP and ZigBee networks, greatly improves the automation level of greenhouse. First, we use sensors to achieve greenhouse environmental parameters in the greenhouse. Then the real-time data transmitted via the wireless module by following the ZigBee protocol. At last the PC software monitors the real-time Data. By analyzing the relationship between the crops acoustic emission signals and the extent of crop disease stress, it takes the acoustic emission signal as the object of crops disease monitoring. In this paper, the acoustic emission signal is A/D conversed and data processed based on TI’s TMS320VF28335 chip. And the DSP is debugged and programmed by the CCS software development environment. The DSP collects and processes data as well as extracting characteristic parameters. The processed information is transmitted by wireless module, and displayed on the PC software system. The whole system is friendly in interface, easy in operation and can realize real-time monitoring and processing of the environmental parameters and AE signals. The PC sends out control signals based on changes of acoustic emission frequency. When the control module receives the control signal from the wireless network, it gives the appropriate prevention measures, performs the appropriate action (spraying or watering). At last, it constructs a complete system for greenhouse crop monitoring and control.
