Routing is one of the most important on the research and applications based on WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks). With the request of application of detection of tremor of machinery, HDQR (Host Driver Query Routing), a new kind of routing protocol, is designed and realized. Different from most of other routing protocols, HDQR can be used in the situations of mobile sink nodes. HDQR is also fit the applications such as the navigation of robots, mobile devices. MAC ( Medium Access Control) layer, routing and transport layer, application layer are brought forward. All layers are realized and tested successfully based on GAINSZ nodes (developed by NICC, CAS, NingBo Institute of Computer Center, Chinese Academy of Science). The collected data from designated are transported to sink node after one or several relayed, and then passed to PC (Personal Computer) through UART. The conversion of FFT based on collected data passed to PC is made. The results of conversion are shown on UI(User Interface) in front of customer. The more accurate decisions on machinery's vibrating surveillance are made by customer's experience. The initial diagnose of modern machineries is necessary for the safe production of enterprises. The reasons of the malfunction of the machinery belong to machinery's vibrating more or less. Therefore, machinery's vibrating surveillance based on WSN results in more malfunctions of the machinery found as earlier as possible according to detected real-time data.
