| Along with the development of the informationization, the intellectualization and the Network, the embedded system technology has obtained the broad development space. It becomes pop and is the new direction of the technology. The embedded system has been applied in each field depending on its widespread adaptiveness and multiplicity. It changes the way of people's life, the work and the entertainment in the great degree, and these changes are accelerating. With the improving of the application demand, the better capability is required. So embedded system technology based on 32-bit RISC processors and RTOS is welcomed widely.The task is finished independently in the temperature measure fields. It is a embedded system based on 32-bit processor ARM and RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱwhich are keeping ahead of the field. The system not only realizes the collecting and the processing of the real time datas, but also meets the demand of friendly graphics interface. The microprocessor ARM has the characteristic of the small volume, the high nature price ratio, the low power loss and the good extension. So it has been applied to each kind of electronic products.μC/OS-Ⅱhas occupied the space in the RTOS domain by its good development ability, the high performance core and the friendly environment. At the same time, it is also applied in lots of fields by the good reliability and the remarkable timeliness.The paper first introducts the overall structure of the system and analyzes the function demands, then mainly studies the hardware circuit design and the software design of the module. The hardware platform's core is microprocessor LPC2210, and then the modules are designed by selecting equipment based on the requirement. At last, after welding and hardware testing, the platform is achieved. When developing the software, it has three steps. At first,μC/OS-Ⅱis ported to the hardware platform. Then API functions are compiles for each module, so the programme can transfer them easily. Finally for providing intuitionistic and vivid Human Machine Interaction,μC/GUI is also ported to the application platform to realize the GUI interface onμC/OS-Ⅱ, that greatly improves the value of the application. The paper also gives the examples of graphical interfaces to prove the effect of the system.Finally, the paper gives a conclusion, and points out the further research direction. |
