Recent years, the development of network technology and distributed computing, which makes it possible to integrate the distributed and heterogeneous computing resources into Computational Grid.Through discovering and managing different resources in the grid, the grid computing, which can share and exchange these distributed resources between multiplie administrative domain, organizations and enterprises.Because the resources in Grid are distributed, heterogeneous and dynamic, resource scheduleing plays an important role in network computing and makes a notable impact on the overall performance, how to schedule and allocate resource in Grid to meet users' requirements is a challenging problem. This paper firstly described someconcepts, charateristic and architecture of grid technology. Then resource management was introuduced in grid, especially resource charateristic, composition and the problems of management in resource were been analysed, and economical concept, application of economics in grid been represented. Based on such theories, according to charateristic of grid resource, the model of reverse Dutch auction-based algorithm was established by use the concept of market economy,it define the allocated and original price policy of resource. At the same time, this paper also presented a new method—effective reverse Dutch auction-based algorithm based on effective function of math with combination reverse Dutch aution-based algorithm,it calculate dynamic price of resource and allocate resource in grid,to meet optimization of system efficiency. With the help of GridSim toolit, the emulation of gird reource scheduling with effective reverse Dutch auction-based algorithm is realized, and evaluate the performance and accuracy of the algorithm. Finally, through summarizing and analyzing the whole work.
