Research On System Of Typical Character Image In The New Century

In the new century, great and deep changes have been taken in our social life. Using media,strengthening the typical report and guiding public opinion have been included to improve the party's ruling ability. As a positive report method, typical report has played a dominate role in Chinese socialist construction. The image of typical character has been the lively portrayal of social change.In this paper, the typical characters image will be seen as a complete system, and each figure being reported is a component of symbol in this system. The study not only helps us to understand our typical characters reported by the overall situation, through the presentation of such figures also enable us to better understand the changes of society.This paper takes the front page of people's daily form 2000 to 2005 as a sample, research on the system of typical character in new century,the characteristic of the report and the departments need to be improved.
