Mobile robot is an embodiment of science and technology of the country, which integrates lots of technologies, including intelligent control, digital communication, computer technology, image processing, mechanics and artificial life etc. Thewestern countries------America, Germany, Japan etc, keep ahead in the mobilerobot's studying unlimitedly.Soccer robot, which is the fashionable in the world, is an important member unquestionably. Soccer robot is a good carrier for multi-agent systems, multi-robot theory and also offers a vivid research model for the researching work of the multi-agent systems because it almost integrates all the essentials of the mobile robot and its cost is at a small price. Therefore, the match of the soccer robots which related with soccer robots is an aggregate of new technology, amusement and match. It mobilizes people's enthusiasm and large numbers of robot fan are attracted by the match. It gathers a lot of human resource. This shows the studying level to be enhanced of our country's soccer robot is significant to pursue the newest tide.The soccer robot system according to function is divided to four subsystems: vision subsystem, decision-making subsystem, communication subsystem and control subsystem. There into, communication subsystem, which determines the performance if the whole system, is the hinge which harmonize the four subsystems. The communication subsystem is viewed as studying object in the paper and how to enhance the communication's reliability is to be discussed.Firstly, the communication system in the soccer robot system is analyzed in the paper. The communication's reliability is testified to be enhanced according to a great deal experiences and correlative experiment data.Secondly, it is doable that coding technique is applied to the soccer robot system from the angle of the coding theory and communication security in this paper. A coding system adapting to the soccer robot system is structured considering the real-time of the system.Lastly, the control system of the soccer robot is designed and manufactured, in the system which the TMS320LF2407A of TI Company is used as the MCU, and the coding system is applied to the new control system. The control system accomplishes the actions in the match of the soccer robot. Thus the coding system is validated to be doable.
