For large coal-fired boilers,the technology of image processing for furnaces flame is a perfect way to monitor the state of furnace. Image segmentation, which is one of the core issues of computer image processing, is applied to the furnace flame image processing and analysis in this paper. After analysis of the principle and characteristics of the genetic algorithm, this paper applied genetic algorithm to process the image segmentation operation. The detail of the algorithm is discussed. Then the simulated annealing method and CHC algorithm has been used to improve the performance of the image process above. In addition, the storage and analysis process of the image after segmentation operation is discussed based on contour tracking theory. |
