Research On Utilization Evaluation And Simulation System Of Historic Residential Building

Historic building has very important social and economic value and un-substituted historical cultural educational function because of its exility rarity , un-reconstruction and historic increment. As a idiographic building style, residential historic building is the important site of citizen's life which had a strong folk color and cultural color. But as the acceleration of the economy increase and the process of urbanism, people treated the historic building from the excess commerce point. So, how to know the value of the historic building is the problem in dire need of solution.Base on this objective, this paper through the analyzed on the value of residential historic buildings, advanced the new conception of residential historic building utilization, established the utilization evaluation method of residential historic building's utilization, then had a research on demonstration and simulation.Firstly, the paper introduced the situation of residential historic building protection and utilization, researched four kinds of value and five types of effective protection way, established the define of residential historic building utilization comprised by physical function utilization and cultural function utilization and the rational formula.Secondly, the paper analyzed the localization of traditional reliability theory in explaining the historic building reliability, researched the applicability of utilization and established the integrated utilization evaluation mode of residential historic building through establishing the index system, index standard and corresponding evaluation methods of physical and cultural function utilization.Finally, made Linong building in Jiang'an district Wuhan city as a example doing a demonstration research working out the physical function utilization, cultural function utilization and integrated utilization separately and compared and analyzed the results giving the protection and utilization advice. At last, based on the production of the research and the Visual C++ , established the simulation flat doing the simulation research on the utilization of historic residential building.
