The missile ejecting and suspending device is a key part of avion weapon system. This dissertation bases on a missile ejecting and suspending device, whose work process is analyzed in dynamics using virtual prototyping technology.Firstly, the background is elaborated, the work plan is proven to be feasible by analyzing and validating two classical examples (slider-crank mechanism and planar cam mechanism) partly similar to the missile ejecting and suspending device. Secondly, three dimension models of parts of a missile ejecting and suspending device are built and assembled virtually, then analyzed in mechanism kinematics; the dynamic models of the missile ejecting and suspending device is created by importing models to ADAMS from CATIA in STP format, so the study of virtual prototyping modeling technology is completed. Last, the work process of the missile ejecting and suspending device is simulated and analyzed in dynamics according to the ejecting work condition (explosion air pressure), basing on calculation of multi-body system dynamics theory, the influence on dynamic performance of the missile ejecting and suspending device of the different work condition and mechanism parameter is researched and analyzed. There is some consultable value in missile ejecting and suspending device design, theory study, engineering application.
