In some kinds of new tactics arms revolution, millimwave arms will be the emphases. Millimwave Rada and millimwave arms will be the center of war field.Therefore we should pay attention to the development of millimwave weaponry in the world and develop the study of our millimwave weaponry quickly.This supper wide-band LNA monolithic amplifier can be used in wide-band tactics arms and millimwave communication artificial satellite,also it can meet the use of electron-confront.This paper presents a kind of supper wide-band LNA monolithic amplifier. The structure of distributed amplifier is used to get a wider frequence band. At the same time, we use the souce pole inductance feedback to get proper gain and noise figure.Also it discusses the structure of some common wide-band amplifier and analyse their working mode.Because this amplifier is based on the GaAs MMIC technology ,it is necessary to introduce the material of GaAs and the structure of MHEMT .Also it introduce some key technologies such as the formation of T-gate ,the Souce-Drain ohmic contact etc,and analyses the influences that they made to the circuit. We also introduced some kinds of measurement duiring of the MMIC's study.
