The subject originates from a development project named mine multi-functional rescue information system. It belongs to the field of engineer designation and is different from the one of technology research. It focuses on explaining how to use a right method to solve actual problems according to actual projects.Mine multi-functional rescue information system mainly applies to mine disaster rescue actions. It provides a reliable communication service to emergency rescue actions under a mine and makes sure the environmental parameter information can be transmitted to conductor center as soon as possible when a disaster occurs. Meanwhile, it ensures the leader of a rescue action can contact his or her team-mates and establish a reliable basis for the next step of the rescue action. The environmental parameter includes voice data, video data, gas environment parameter (temperature, oxygen, methane and carbon monoxide) and the positions of people in danger.The designation of Mine multi-functional rescue information system involves in many technical fields including communication, monitor, sensor, computer software, intrinsically safe circuit, etc. The subject focus on explaining two key technologies of structuring a network by using SDSL technology and ensuring the devices meet the need of mine secure standard by adopting designation of intrinsically safe circuit. The paper analyses the fairness of the two key technologies by explaining the background, theory, development of them and finally provides a method of structuring the whole system.The study of the subject is on the behalf of the developement of bringing information technology into conventional industry. By using the advantages of information technology and improving the efficiency of managing conventional industry, we can find new application field for information technology.
