In recent years, digital media industry taking the wireless correspondence as disseminated carrier and the digitized multimedia content as the core fast rose in the global scope. This paper took the Digital Audio and Video Products Integration and Network Distribution Platform which aims to build a multimedia service platform of networking, with copyright, authoritative and integrated to make multimedia contents disseminate in internet standardized, legitimately and orderly as a backing.Integration Management System is an important part of the Digital Audio and Video Products Integration and Network Distribution Platform, and it is a foundation and protection of the running of the platform. It's constructed by Resource Management Subsystem, Program Management Subsystem and Advertisement Strategy Subsystem mainly. Resource Management Subsystem is a foundation which brings resources to program making and advertisement strategy making. Program management and advertisement strategy were built based the Resource Management Subsystem to realize main function of the system.This paper has first analyzed the domestic and foreign industrial environment, the development tendency as well as the field related technology and the development condition, and then summarized the overall demand of the system, refined the main service flow, and constructed the modular software overhead construction. After that, it has been divided into three parts to elaborate the design and the realization of the Resource Management Subsystem, the Program Management Subsystem and the Advertisement Strategy Subsystem.The Resource Management Subsystem has covered the series of essential links of transferring primitive resources into packages with the protection of digital copyright that can be allowed by the system, pushing the packages to resource servers, maintaining resources existed in the server and realizing distributional storing.The Program Management Subsystem has elaborated the strategy of making program and resource files independently and connecting the two with program items. It also elaborated how to make a program item for a specified resource file, how to publish a program issue, and how to update and resolve local program issue by intelligent terminal.Advertisement Strategy Subsystem introduced what is advertisement strategy and what is advertisement strategy file, and it also elaborated how to make advertisement strategy, how to publish advertisement strategy file and how to update and resolve the strategy files by intelligent terminal. The design and realization of the three subsystems complement one another, constituting the organic whole of the Digital Audio and Video Products Integration and Network Distribution Platform. The Integration Management System is a key work of the entire Digital Audio and Video Products Integration and Network Distribution Platform, and it has a great and foundational significance of disseminating and making use of digital multimedia contents standardized, orderly and legally.
