In a way, knowing the past and the present of a place starts from its museum. Educational function is the main function of modern museum nowadays. It takes the task of guiding people, educating people and molding people. Although the domestic museums have been developed to a certain degree, providing some educational and recreational cultural items for the public, they two can't be combined very well. Therefore designing and developing a RPG game which is applicable in the museum education will make much sense. This article has developed this RPG game based on the mobile device using the most popular platform J2ME and M3G technology. The purpose of the work is to solve the problems that exist in the present digital museum system. The game system is based on Da Fuwong. It enables the museum workers to change the exhibit and its information, so that the players can learn different exhibit knowledge as well as relaxation. The game system is made up of view layer, application layer and technical service layer. All the game data are separated from the game, and the museum workers can change the data freely and no need to communicate with the game developers. In order to increase the flexibility and extensibility of the game, the game system is built on a message based framework. The widely used FSM is also strengthened in this framework. The use of trigger improves the system performance, and help to increase the reality and amusement of the game.
