The Design And Implement Of OA System V2 Of Haidian District Government Office

In the background of requirements of providing better services and increasing efficiency of office works, Haidian district government decides to build an unitive e-government software system covering all administrative departments. For the reason of this decision, a new OA software system based on the first software system of office is demanded by the secretaries' office of Haidian district government.The new system mainly contributes the following capabilities to solving problems of the first system: first, solving the problem of operating and delivering of the semi-structured data; second, enhancing the capability of cooperation; third, be prepared for the rebuilding of department in the future; fourth, enhancing the capability of the monitoring of the business process; fifth, enhancing the performance of the system.This paper trends to introduce the process how the system to be built in analysis, design, implementation and deployment stage, mainly describing the design of the architecture of the system, and describing the application of RUP. The works of this paper includes the following:1. Improving the design of the architecture of the system and development.2. Building self-contained model of requirements of the sub-module of dispatching document.3. The specifications of the sub-module of dispatching document.4. Coding of the sub-module of dispatching document.5. Designing the migration of the system history data.The new software system of office enhances the capability of Haidian district government office, and increase office work efficiency.
