Ejb Distributed Object-based Component Technology In E-commerce Applications

The emergence of distributed component object technology provided the powerful solution for the software network development. Now, distributed component object technology has already become to be core technology that established the Web service application framework and software component. It expresses the mighty vitality of exploring or implementing the large distributed application systems, especially electronic commerce system.This paper firstly introduced the concepts and the basic principle of the distributed component technology based on EJB and e-business application architecture under the distributed environment, then analyzed the EJB to be used as a kind of distributed object technology which is applied in the Web-based, and distributed enterprise systems, especially in e-business application design and implementation. Organizations that are implementing e-business systems can get the development and deployment advantages from EJB within J2EE technology. An example is given to describe the structure and its implementation based on J2EE.The object of the paper is a enterprise website research project. In the paper, a general e-commerce platform upon the J2EE application server was designed and implemented by EJB technology with multi-tier architecture. Also, we have clarified the system model framework and the design and implementation how to develop a Web store in details.
