As the development of distributed technology to a new stage, cloud computing will brings innovations for the development of the Internet. Cloud computing revolutionized the way of services providing. As the core of the services, Cloud computing involves the traditional software and hardware industry of various levels, including software and hardware infrastructure and application platforms. Although there are a lot of excellent cloud products, such as Google App Engine, Amazon EC2 to wait, there are still some problems which are worth studying in the process of development of cloud computing, such as resource scheduling and task scheduling problem, large-scale data parallel computing and storage problems, large-scale news communications etc. There need a proper platform to research abobe problems.Based on the introduction of cloud computing development background and key technology, this paper proposes a distributed service platform in cloud computing environment to build a foundation of cloud environment for experimenting for participants.This paper mainly introduced distributed platform structure and component model, the design and realization of the routing and communication sub-system. And based on the front-end routing system, flow controlling, differentiated service and load balance are researched. Platform takes "framework & component" architecture forms, and components is divided into "functionality component" and "basic service component" and the architecture design has high flexibility and expansibility. As the whole communication foundation of distributed platform, communication sub-system takes the two layers of Pub/Sub message communication mode. The routing subsystem is divided two parts:information routing part and application proxy part. Besides, the differentiated service and load balance strategy module are added into routing system. Finally, the paper introduces how to build the distributed environment and gives a test about the performance of the platform.Currently the distributed platform including the relevant documents and code has been sumbitted to open source community for the facility of more users expanding and improving.
