Abstract/Summary:
The modern enterprise business has become more international and distributional so that the traditional application such as C/S application could not be contented with their requirements. It will be replaced by the web application since the web is the basis of distribution technology and the default platform for application developing. And the web application could supply a better service for the modern erterprise business.Due to the dependence on the web application, it plays an important role in the enterprise more than ever before. Enterprise needs a stable application. So the web application monitoring has been paid more attention to.However, the web application is difficult to be monitor since its' self-character such as heterogeneity, distribution, concurrency and so on. At the same time, the rearch for the web application monitoring is limited in those related documents. Based on the rearch for the web application management standard, a WBEM-based web application monitoring method is proposed to guarantee the performance and the statement for the web application which could meet the request of the enterprise business efficiently.This paper firstly introduces the structure of web application and its character; secondly anylazes the related standard about web application and find their advantage and disadvantage; thirdly puts forward a new information model-WAMIM based on CIM which is an information model in WBEM stardard; at last, designes and realizes the web application monitoring system based on WBEM.
