Because of the emergence of personal computers(PCs) and World Wide Web (WWW),there are more and more Information Systems on the enterprise network. The system management environment gets more and more complicated. How to manage these system resources is the key problem in the enterprise system management field.WBEM is proposed by DMTF(Distributed Management Task Force,Inc.).It is a set of management and Internet standard technologies developed to unify the management of distributed computing environments.WBEM provides the CIM (Common Information Model) to model the system resources.SOA is an application architecture within which all functions are defined as independent. The services with well-defined interfaces which can be called in defined sequences to form business processes. It is independent and can be implemented by all the hardware and Operation System and language.Because of this,it can be served in the system by many ways. And it has loose coupling block and system integration characteristic.SOA can adapt the dynamic enterprise environment.Combine the WBEM standard and SOA can solve the system resources management in the enterprise environment. This thesis first introduces the current system resources management.Analyze the problem which can be found in the enterprise environment. And then give two schemes:WBEM based system resource model and unify management schemeⅠand WBEM based system resource model and unify management schemeⅡ.Then give two prototype systems which based on these two schemes.Test them and get the conclusion of the superiority of the two schemes. At the last of this paper,we give the future of WBEM in the system management environment. And propose the next stage of our work.
