With the vigorous development of network education, network learning resources building is also increasingly concerned by educators. Network course as an important form of learning resources, it is a prerequisite for digital learning."Pay attention to development, neglect application, leak management" is a common phenomenon of the current network course building. Network courses design and development only created the basic condition for teaching and learning networks, which really play important role depending on the specific application, effectively enhancing the availability of network course. That is learners can achieve a specified set of tasks in the network courses learning environment with a viable, effective and satisfying manner.Paper tries to apply the psychology theories in the design and development of network course, such as attention technology and achievement motivation theory, which make the network courses has a good usability, attracting the attention of learners, lending to immersion learning, and maintaining learners' strong motivation in the whole learning process. Main contents distributed as following:(1) Author analyses research background, purposes and significance of the papers, and introduces related research progress at home and abroad; Analyses the existing problems at home and abroad research, and introduces research goals, methods and ideas.(2) Through survey questionnaire and the excellent typical courses case, especially analyzes BBS forum, study records module, and FAQ module, the paper receives correlative data, sum up network course application effect, pointed out the shortcomings : Due to the uncoordinated design and application, and many other reasons, made it difficult to the research of technology and effective application integration provide the guidance for teaching practice in the current.(3) The paper compares both at home and abroad representative network course (courseware) evaluation criteria, the main two abroad criteria: E-Learning Certification Standard and e-Learning Courseware Certification, with reference network courses quality certification standards developed by Beijing Normal University. Integrates domestic and international "usability indicators" in evaluation index of the network course, revises and improves it continuously, ultimately forms usability evaluation index system of network course.(4) Author discusses the usability strategy of network course, and applys the theory in the specific practice. As "User interface" for the design object, efficiency, security and pleasure of tools system for the goal, provides a comfortable, convenient and efficient learning environment. It mainly includes following five aspects:①Clear navigation system: Easily guide learners learning, and notbe lost.②Effective learning monitoring: Tracking and monitoring systemof network course is a typical application of concentrationprotection technology to ensure the quality of learning.③Active teaching-learning interactive: The positive interactionsof learning process strengthen the motivation to learn.④Timely counseling FAQ: Solve learners' trouble, and increaselearning motivation⑤Reasonable evaluation mechanisms: Promote the diagnosis andconstruction of knowledge; stimulate and maintain the motivation oflearning.In a word, technology itself can not automatically improve learning, which effectively plays its advantages, depending on choosing and developing of appropriate network course, them appropriately design and implement network course supported by technology.
