Depending on the progress of science and technology, various enterprises have enjoyed great achievements in their informatization construction since China put the construction of enterprise information into practice. This has helped the development of all enterprises. However, as the extent of informatization goes deeper, some problems as information island and repeated development have arisen. In order to solve these problems effectively, a brand-new idea of architecture construction can be introduced to the basic architecture construction of enterprises, that is, the service-oriented architecture (SOA). As a kind of new software architecture, SOA has inspired great interest in the academic circle and the field of software development.The present study will mainly focus on the framework design application of SOA in enterprises information engineering and the key technology of SOA in implementation. The main work of this paper is as following.1) By studying and analyzing the theoretical system relevant with SOA, a kind of multilayer basic architecture framework based on SOA is put forward meeting the requirements of enterprises' actual informatization construction. It can both fulfill the effective utilization of enterprises' existing IT resources and satisfy the requirement of new application exploration. This will be a kind of referenced architecture model for effectively setting up enterprises' basic architecture with high expansibility, organic operation support, loose coupling and flexibility.2) By studying and analyzing the key technology of SOA in implementation for enterprise. When designing service, introduce the idea of classified processing. At first, divide the service into three categories: service of application, service of business and service of flow. Secondly, According to the characteristics of different service categories, the corresponding programs of service designing are chosen. 3) As for the control of service particle size which is one important and difficult problem, in order to change the actuality of mostly relying on designer' experience in partition of service particle size. This paper gives a method of marking the factor, the facter influence partition of service particle size. By an evaluation table of service particle-size partition, effective control of service particle-size partition will be realized from the aspect of quantity.4) Based on the referenced multilayer basic architecture framework of SOA in this paper, in order to satisfy the requirement of item application, enterprises' architecture framework of knowledge management system found on SOA will be constructed.5) The architecture framework of knowledge management system is not a one-off model in this paper, it includes persistent development and design and becomes perfect by iterative work, three types basic service and part of typical service involved will be analyzed and designed.Combining the theory and practice as well as basing upon the whole context and key technology, this paper introduces SOA into the construction of enterprise informatization. The present study comes up with a model of basic architecture framework. This will be a kind of referenced architecture model for effectively setting up enterprises' basic architecture. The evaluation method of quantized particle-size partition given by this study can be used to instruct exploration of service designing in the implementation of SOA by enterprises and offer some reference for service particle-size partition. At present, because of the imperfection of SOA's own standard, the given idea of this paper is just as discussion.
