With the development of the information, hospital management informationsystem has been more public concern, real-time updating and sharing of medicalinformation, updated in real time and monitor medical information and stability ofdatabase protection are important parts of the construction of the system. Today’sinformation management system in a practical system applications, the lack of unifieddesign and management, resulting in the application of the systems of internalmodules can not be unified with each other, the status of each departmentself-contained.In this paper, the theory of SOA technology and its specific application situationat home and abroad are analyzed, draw the corresponding development experience,developed a Web Services platform, which to run on gestational diabetesmanagement information system based on SOA architecture. The system is in a largenumber of research of the process for the original system, found that it is facing thedifference of data synchronization, the defects of difficult to form a unified and theemergence of this phenomenon will directly lead to management department’sworkload increase, and data redundancy and data loss. We apply SOA related theoriesand development experience to implement the "hospital information managementsystem" of the overall design and developed some subsystems, and hospitalinformation management subsystem, for example, in detail elaborated the relatedrequirements analysis, detailed design, database design,development and testing.This paper mainly study the application of SOA in the medical industry, andfrom Mainly according to the above problem, this paper adopts the model of SOAarchitecture to ensure loose coupling as well as the flexibility of the whole system, theresearch content of the thesis can be divided into:(1) Through the basic knowledge of SOA architecture, to join the SOAarchitecture of the system research, this paper gestational diabetes informationmanagement system based on SOAarchitecture theory system.(2) Through the understanding of SOA, Web service technology, the advantagesof this technology is applied in this system.(3) Based on the currently existing some implementation plan, design a kind ofWeb service technology was adopted to realize the effective information managementsystem based on SOAframework.(4) Combined with the actual situation of Beijing Maternity Hospital gestationaldiabetes information management system using SOA theory of "Design and Implementation of gestational diabetes system" to improve, optimize informationinput processes, real-time updates and monitoring of medical information, to protectthe stability of the database for medical information management provides a highflexibility of the information system.The system has been used on line Beijing Maternity Hospital,will to carry onthe corresponding revision according to the feedback data of different.I hope that thisstudy on the current medical management system can play a certain reference role,butalso for the design of medical application of SOA for reference and further improvedbased on.
