Chongqing Chuanyi Industrial Park Information Management System

Along with the coming of information era, the wide application of information technologies has been innovating the management of traditional enterprises. Informationazition work is becoming an important mean which will drive the enterprises work to innovate and upgrade. Utilizing advanced management ideas and information technical means to optimize enterprise manufacture and management flow, improve enterprise management, enhance decision-making level,it can improve the general competitive capability of enterprise. Chongqing Chuanyi industrial park located in North New Park of Chongqing High-tech Development Dstrict, and absorb six sub-companies in it such as SIC Engineer and Technology co., LTD, SIC Flow master sub-company, SIC No.11 co., LTD, SIC No. 4 factory, SIC Control instrument sub-company, SIC Control System co.,LTD. Information management system of Chongqing Chuanyi industrial park includes five parts, i.e., basic network establishment, office automatic system, financial management system, materials stock management system, sales management system etc. This paper stated the design and implemeantion of network transform and exchange,security system, and OA system, as well as the application of Kingdee K3 financial software and logistic management in Chongqing Chuanyi industrial park. Computer network relates between all sub-companies, Beibei Information Center, Beibei old factories ,and remote department. Office Automatic system (OA) use IBM Lotus Domino/Notes, support c/s and b/s mode, main models have document management, enterprise management, economical information, science and quality, public information, personnel office and mail system. Financial, materials stock, sales management system adopts Kingdee K3 software, wich will regular the enterprise management of finance,sales and materials stock.In this project, the author is in charge of the overall project planning, the network technical scheme design, the office automatic system software programming, and the organization of correlative departments to accomplish finance, material, sales management system with Kingdee K3 software.
