The object researched in this paper is design and implement of dealer' s management system based on cooperation electronic business platform. Targeted at the existing problems of small and medium car manufacturers enterprises during sales. After repeated study and practice, also through practical and reasonable sales flow analysis, we designed and developed a sales management system for dealers of small and medium-sized enterprises in the automobile manufacturing.The system is mainly refined and improved vehicle sales in the internal management, aimed at improving the sales process of dealers internal business information management and the ability to statistics, in the medium vehicle manufacturers and dealers to build an effective between the common channels, breaking business and information exchange between dealers barriers, and improving the efficiency of storing the sales growth, enhance SME competitiveness in the market.This paper is supported by national 863 projects (item number: 2002AA413620). The main contents of this paper are as follows.The first part is the introductory part of the thesis, introduces a collaborative e-business platform and the concept and sales management system, integration, Research on the content of the research situation and the background paper, the significance and the main content.The second part of the system requirements is analysis and modeling. According to existing weaknesses and inadequacies of small and medium manufacturing automobile sales enterprises. Analysis of the sales management system with the needs of the target system, analyzed the dealer management system of background, functions, Operation and support environment; subsequently, the functional requirements of the system for the analysis of modeling. The third component is the system design and solutions. Based on the overall structure of collaborative e-commerce platform, bring forward the system solutions and overall structure; and via the dealer's Management Process to detailed analysis of the function of the module system design.The fourth part is the detailed design. Through the module structure and design of system's main function module design, the system for the detailed design.The Part V is the realization of system, including interface and application. According to this paper over the design, the current system has been achieved and put into use, it would achieve, Application of the given objective manner.The sixth part is the closing remarks.According to the e-commerce platform based on the synergy of sales management system and the practical application of research, Research on the content of summation, and the sales prospect management system application.
