Design And Implementation Of An Open Integrated Payment System

With the rapid growth of the Internet, the Electronic Commerce has become a part of our daily life. Currently, dozens of popular online payment systems are operating, such as ChinaPay, Quick Money, PayPal etc. But from the perspective of merchants, safe and convenient ways to integrate foreign and domestic payment platform have not been paid more attention, so that many e-commerce sites only use a small quantity of electronic payment platforms which bring a lot of inconveniences for users.On the basic of researching relevant security payment protocols, synthesizing the domestic popular electronic payment systems, this paper presents an open and integrated payment systems model.Integrated Payment System model is a loosely coupled architecture model, which not only ensures the security of the system, but also facilitates the expansion of electronic payment platform, and shares the interfaces to payment system between merchants.This paper introduces some electronic payment protocols which include Secure Socket Layer protocol, Secure Electronic Transaction protocol and iKP secure protocol, and discusses the processes and safety of electronic payment system platform transaction of ChinaPay, PayPal and quick money. Then it extends the systematic overall function of the system design, architecture design, database design, and payment process design, and makes the detailed design and implementation of various payment platform interface based on definition of interface between businesses. Finally, the paper discusses on technical analysis of system security and scalability and prospects the next phase of research.
