In recent years, with the increasing ratio of electrical fire to fire, electrical fire has badly threatened people's life and property security. But in current market, most of the fire control products are directed against ordinary fire, the research of products which can synchronously monitor the ordinary fire and electrical fire is relatively inadequate.In this thesis, an electrical fire alarm controller based on ARM7 is developed. Smoke sensor, temperature sensor, smoke temperature composites sensor, voltage sensor, current sensor and leakage current sensor are used to detect electrical fire. A large-size color LCD and touch screen are used to make an interactive interface. Hardware drivers and multi-task applications are developed based on the software platform which is consisted of UC/OS-II and UC/GUI, which can achieve many functions: real-time data analysis, large-capacity data preservation, quick response to alarm, high-speed communications and dynamic interface refresh.In chapter 1, the current research status and trend of electrical fire alarm system are introduced. Also the research aim and significance are described.In chapter 2, the whole structure of the electrical fire alarm system is developed, and its key components are described. Also the application scheme is brought forward.In chapter 3, a communication protocol of fire detector is deciphered and a drive module of fire detector based on PIC micro processor is developed. Also all the used sensors are selected.In chapter 4, the hardware system of the controller are developed, include the core circuit based on ARM7, power management circuit and sensor circuit etc. A series of experiment and test are carried out, and the result shows that it accords with the design requirement and the relevant national standards.In chapter 5, the software system of the controller are developed, include multi-task real-time operating system, interactive interface, hardware drivers and applications etc. Also a lot of debugging and test are carried out, and the result shows that the software works stably and reliably.In chapter 6, some conclusions are given and some new views are put forward in the future.
