With the guidance and support of national policies,our scientific researchers have made great achievements in the field of new energy vehicles through long-term efforts.At present,the development of new energy vehicles has been highly valued by the government departments,the development environment has been gradually improved,the development of industry has a good foundation,and the development of the new energy vehicles has been accelerated.With the gradual development of the new energy vehicle industry,the safety of new energy vehicles has been paid more and more attention.The problem of vehicle power battery safety is particularly prominent,which has become the bottleneck of the development of new energy vehicles,and this problem needs to be solved urgently.Since the popularity of electric vehicles,the result of the fire events caused by the thermal control of the power battery has been badly damaged,such as the fire accident of the "426" electric bus in Shenzhen in April 26,2015.The direct cause of the accident is that the charger does not stop in time after the power battery is full.The power battery overcharged for up to 72 minutes,the power battery overcharged up to 58 kWh,resulting in the thermal runaway of the power battery and the leakage of the electrolyte,which caused the short circuit to fire.There was no timely discovery and report in the process of thermal control of the power battery.The system is divided into five parts: acquisition system,control system,alarm system,storage system and communication system.The collection system sends the information of temperature,humidity,pressure,flame and smoke to the slave module.The information collected from the machine module is sent to the main control through the CAN bus.The main control system handles data through display and communication system alarm,and the storage system is stored in the system CAN bus data and alarm data.This system combines the defects and advantages of the existing power battery fire monitoring and alarm system.By collecting the temperature,water level,humidity,smoke(gas solid combustion product)and flame heat radiation in the power battery box,it can be used to determine whether the battery has a fire hazard and whether the fire is formed or not.When the system monitors the potential fire threat of the power battery,it can send SMS and phone to the responsible person through the GSM module and send the current position through the sound and light alarm of the vehicle monitor,and send the current position to kill the hidden fire hazard in the bud.At the same time,using the chip and components of the car level,it adapts to all kinds of fire warning,detection,accurate alarm and very low false alarm rate.It has the characteristics of high reliability,anti-interference,storage and many kinds of interface.
