| The era of information economic is coming. Information, as one kind of important strategy resources, is regarded highly by enterprise more and more. The real-time, effective information can help enterprise to make the decision scientifically and fleetly. Because of this, it can increase enterprise's economic benefits and enhance enterprise's competition in marketplace. The management of the information is very important if you want to acquire true, reliable, real-time, effective information. The appearance of the management information system has provided effective approach to the resolving of information management.As the very important information of the petroleum enterprise, production data plays an important part in the information management of petroleum enterprise. Thereby, how to manage oil storage and transport's production data effectively becomes a very important mission to the petroleum enterprise.Firstly, basing on BPR, this article analyses the actuality of the management process about production data in detail. Then it points out the problem that existed in management process about production data. Combining with the problem appeared, it reengineer the management process about production data. And then basing on the management process about production data which was reengineered, it analyses, designs and then realizes oil storage and transport's production data MIS according to the theory of information system. At last, according to the theory of information system evaluation, it evaluates this MIS and analyses the result of the evaluation.This article applies BPR to the earlier stage of the information system's exploitation. It is just to say to design the information system based on the reasonable process. After doing this, it can excavate the information system's potential sufficiently and enhance the efficiency of the management process about production data greatly. The article applies fuzzy-grey comprehensive evaluation to the evaluation of the MIS, which makes the evaluation of MIS more and more reasonable and scientific. It also provides significative guidance to the update of this MIS and the exploitation of later project. |
